Fee
Execution Fee (Open / Close)
An execution fee of 0.05% is charged whenever you open or close a position.
Example 1 (Open Position: BTC)
Trade: Long BTC
Price: BTC = $120,000
Margin: $7,000 USDC
Leverage: 10× → Position Size = $70,000
Fee = $70,000 × 0.05% = $35.00
Remaining Margin = $6,965
Final Position Size = $69,650
Example 2 (Close Position: BTC, +10%)
Price rises to $132,000
Position Size = $77,000
Fee = $77,000 × 0.05% = $38.50
Profit = $7,000 → Total before fee = $13,965
After fee = $13,926.50
Example 3 (Open Position: ETH)
Price: ETH = $4,000
Margin: $200 USDC
Leverage: 10× → Position Size = $2,000
Fee = $2,000 × 0.05% = $1.00
Remaining Margin = $199
Final Position Size = $1,990
Example 4 (Close Position: ETH, +10%)
Price rises to $4,400
Position Size = $2,200
Fee = $2,200 × 0.05% = $1.10
Profit = $200 → Total before fee = $399
After fee = $397.90
Funding Fee
The funding fee balances Long and Short positions in each market.
If the funding rate is positive → Longs pay Shorts.
If the funding rate is negative → Shorts pay Longs.
Funding fees scale with your position size and the funding rate shown in the Zygo UI.
Funding fees are applied periodically (block basis). Holding positions for long periods without monitoring can lead to liquidation from accumulated funding fees, even if prices do not move.
Margin Adjustment Fee
When adding or removing margin from an open position, a 0.1% fee is applied to the adjusted amount.
Example: Adding 100 USDC → Fee = 0.1 USDC
